Executive Sales Consultant

Executive Automotive Sales Consultant Columbus Motor Company in Columbus, Nebraska, is looking for an Executive Sales Consultant to assist our rapidly growing customer base. We are a successful Best Price Dealership that credits our success to listening to our customers. By doing so, we found that most of our customers would feel more comfortable working with the same person all the way through the car-buying process, which means we need high energy, enthusiastic, and driven individuals who work well in a team-oriented environment. Sales experience is a must as you will guide the customer through the entire car-buying process, from the Initial Greeting to the Feature Benefit Presentation to the Demonstration Drive to the Trade Evaluation, in addition to the Finance Process all the way to the World Class Delivery of the vehicle to the guest. The guest will not be transferred to different managers and departments; you will be their primary contact while they purchase their vehicle, cutting down on wait time while increasing overall satisfaction with their car-buying experience. Candidates Must: Be able to work full time, including evenings, some holidays, and Saturdays Have at least 2 years sales experience, dealership experience preferred Be able operate and understand financial software and keep customers’ information safe Stay up to date on product knowledge and best practices Carefully listen to guests and provide them with all options they qualify for, along with conscientiously guiding them to the best options that fit their automotive needs Finalize the purchase and deliver the vehicle to the customer Follow up with the customer to ensure high levels of satisfaction before, during, and after their purchase This is an opportunity to develop a rewarding career with a growing organization.
